Ayal Dinner is a founding member of the West End Food Coop and the market wouldn't exist without him. He is currently the Coop's Kitchen and Programs Coordinator and is preparing for the opening of the new store - no small task.
He is most likely spotted... anywhere and everywhere, talking to a vendor or friend, often with one or both of his boys clutching his pant leg.
He loves market day because... he loves watching and listening to eaters meeting farmers.
He almost always leaves the market with... at least 3 bags full of produce from every vendor.
When it comes to building community, he's the guy. If you see him at the market, say hello!
