Our Co-op Kitchen promotes a balanced food system approach. This means using local products in our grab and go meals to support local farmers. It also means reviving traditional food knowledge through our canning and preserving workshops. And it means hiring folks in our community who are facing barriers to employment and providing an supportive workplace.
