Annual General Meeting

Come to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday June 28th (6:00-8:30pm) and have your voice be heard!
As a member of the West End Food Co-op, you will get the chance to hear about what's been happening at WEFC, what you can expect in the upcoming year, and vote for new Board members to join our Board of Directors. Each member gets 1 vote, and every vote counts!

We will be registering members and serving food as you come in, allowing for time to mix and mingle with fellow members.  During the meeting, we'll be presenting our annual financial report, hearing from various co-op staff and committees, giving updates as to our transition and move for 2018, and electing new directors to the Board. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what WEFC does and how we operate, as well as a chance to be involved and to meet other members.

Please note our meeting location: the 2017 AGM will be held at the Parkdale Public Library, 1303 Queen St. W. (in the basement.  Accessible entrance via elevator).

We are seeking 8 candidates for the following positions:

  • 3 Consumer-member positions
  • 2 Producer-member positions (1 with a one-year term)
  • 2 Community Partner member positions
  • 1 Worker-member position
