We run hands-on canning and cooking workshops out of our Community Kitchen, at the West End Food Co-op. Each workshop teaches various techniques led by our Cannery Coordinator or Kitchen Coordinator which are easily replicable at home. Some of our past workshops have included various jams and pickles, lacto-fermentation, San Francisco-style sourdough bread, sausage-making, Tibetan momos, kimchi, and many, many more!
